There are two primary styles of Chinese
Kung-Fu taught here at the Center. Follow the links below to bring

techniques. Both styles are taught separately but simultaneously.
Our curriculum includes; Hand & Weapon Forms, Cardiovascular Training,
Body Conditioning, Focus Mitt and Pad Drills, 2-Person Drills and Light
to Full Contact Sparring (Intensity of which is to be matched with the
goals of each student).
