With activities and exercises specifically designed for the elementary
child, Lil’ Dragons learn to be responsible, respectful individuals as
they prepare for the future; be it long-term life preparation or the
skills necessary for a successful first year of school.
Classes are structured to offer each child a positive learning
environment.
Our
warm and nurturing instructors bring energy, enthusiasm and a love of
teaching to the class. They have been specially trained for this
curriculum and provide a motivating and energized environment.
Lil’ Dragons is about Fitness, Safety, Character Development and FUN! We

build early and practiced often, is the groundwork for a lifetime of

self-protection. Each unit is presented in an upbeat manner without
